About 8 years ago we received the book The Secret by Rhonda Byrne as a gift. This book and the movie totally changed our lives (...) Arthur Ray, Napoleon Hill, Esther & Jerry Hicks, and many others.
Yoga
After we started to practice the secret , we also started practicing regularly yoga and meditation. We tried different systems of yoga, (...) have the same effect as a real spiritual practice.
