§ 1.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Anahata Tantra Temple website, available at https://www.anahatatantra.com/, is operated by the Religious Community of Zgorzelec, with its registered office in Tylice, Tylice 12, 59-900, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 6152044354.
  2. The activities of the Service are carried out within the framework of a religious organization in accordance with applicable laws, including the Act on Guarantees of Freedom of Conscience and Religion.
  3. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the rules for making donations for the statutory purposes of the Anahata Tantra Temple, whose mission is educational activity and the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of meditation, traditional tantra, and pantheism.

Definitions:

  1. “Service” – the website available at www.anahatatantra.com
  2. “User” – any person using the Service
  3. “Donor” – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality making a payment
  4. “Donation” – funds voluntarily transferred by the Donor to the Service within the meaning of Article 888 §1 of the Polish Civil Code
  5. “Przelewy24 Service” – an online payment service facilitating the transfer of funds between the Donor and the Service
  6. “PayPro SA” – the entity providing the Przelewy24 Service, with its registered office in Poznań

§ 2.
RULES FOR MAKING DONATIONS

  1. Donations are made voluntarily by Donors to support the statutory activities of the Anahata Tantra Temple.
  2. A Donation is:
  3. voluntary,
  4. non-refundable,
  5. not a payment for any service, product, or benefit,
  6. not linked to obtaining any reciprocal performance or consideration.
  7. Making a Donation is not a condition for using the Service or participating in any activities organized by the Service.
  8. The Service may conduct educational, developmental, or supportive activities, including meetings, workshops, and individual bodywork sessions (including massages).
  9. Participation in such activities is voluntary and free of charge.
  10. Participants may, at their sole discretion, make a Donation to support the statutory activities; however:
  11. the Donation does not constitute payment for participation in any activity,
  12. making a Donation does not affect access to, scope, or quality of any activity,
  13. participation is possible without making any Donation.
  14. The Service may provide indicative or typical amounts of Donations made by others for informational purposes only; such amounts are purely illustrative and do not constitute a price or obligation.
  15. The Donor may transfer any amount of Donation:
  16. electronically via the Przelewy24 Service,
  17. or in any other form accepted by the Service.
  18. The payment operator acts solely as a technical intermediary, and the transferred funds constitute a Donation to the Service.
  19. Donations are used exclusively for activities consistent with the mission of the Anahata Tantra Temple and the statutory purposes of the religious organization “Wyznawcy Słońca,” as defined in its statute.
  20. A donation agreement is concluded at the moment the Donation is made.

§ 3.
COMPLAINTS

  1. The Donor has the right to submit a complaint regarding a Donation via email to: [email protected].
  2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  3. A response will be sent to the email address provided by the Donor.

§ 4.
PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Service is the controller of the Donors’ personal data.
  2. Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for:
  3. handling Donations,
  4. fulfilling legal obligations,
  5. contacting the Donor
  6. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
  7. Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing and to comply with legal obligations.

§ 5.
FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms enter into force upon their publication on the Service website.
  2. The Terms are available free of charge on the Service website in a manner allowing their retrieval, reproduction, and storage.
  3. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be published on the Service website along with the date they enter into force.
  4. Donations made prior to any amendment shall be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the Donation was made.
  5. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
