A deep reset for the nervous system
Touch and aromatherapy in service of balance.
AromaTouch® Technique in Warsaw is a gentle, rhythmic bodywork technique that combines therapeutic touch with carefully selected essential oils to support relaxation, stress regulation, and a sense of inner harmony.
Everyday life in a state of tension
Constant tension in the body
Despite rest, your body remains tense, as if it cannot fully relax even in moments of calm.
Difficulty calming the mind
Even when you try to rest, your mind keeps running—analyzing, planning, worrying.
Stress-related exhaustion
Emotional overload becomes the norm, and you feel your resilience to stress steadily decreasing.
Constant alertness
Your body functions in a state of constant readiness, as if it were always preparing to face a threat.
The body and nervous system often cannot return to balance on their own, even when “everything seems fine” on the surface.
What is the AromaTouch® Technique

AromaTouch® Technique is not a classic massage
AromaTouch® Technique is not a medical therapy
It is a regulatory technique based on:
- •light, rhythmic touch
- •steady contact and predictable rhythm
- •a sequence of 8 carefully selected CPTG® essential oils
The goal is to support homeostasis—the body’s natural ability to return to balance.

Client experience
The science behind it
Impact of scent
Scent directly influences the limbic system, the part of the brain responsible for emotions and stress responses.
Light touch
Light touch supports the release of oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding and stress reduction.
Rhythm and repetition
Rhythmic, repetitive movements support nervous system regulation and help restore balance.
In a 2018 study, participants receiving the full AromaTouch® Technique showed, among other effects, lower heart rate, reduced stress markers, and decreased subjective tension compared to a control group.
Who is it for?
People living with chronic stress
Highly sensitive individuals
People with inflammatory joint conditions
Emotionally overloaded individuals
People working under high demand
People seeking gentle regulation
Support for people living with chronic conditions
AromaTouch® Technique is sometimes chosen by people living with chronic conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who face daily pain, tension, and nervous system overload.
This technique is not a treatment for RA and does not replace medical care, but it may:
- •support deep relaxation,
- •help reduce subjective tension,
- •support calming of the nervous system,
- •make rest and recovery easier.
Some people living with RA describe the session as a moment of relief for the body— a time when the system leaves the state of constant vigilance, which can be especially valuable in chronic and stress-related conditions.
